e-mail address;
• technical data, such as your IP address, the device which you visit our website with
and the pages you view;

ourselves and that we use for the purposes mentioned below.

2. How do we obtain personal data?

In all cases we obtain your personal data from you, for example if you give us an order, if you
visit our website, fill out a form on our website, apply for a job, give us your business card or
receive information during phone calls, conversations and e-mail contact with you.

3. What do we process personal data for?

In all relationships we enter into, personal data is needed to ultimately provide the best

application or website).
Marketing and business development purposes
In order to maintain and expand our customer base we can approach you with relevant
information, publications or invitations. We also do this to maintain the relationship with our
partners, suppliers and other relations.
Use and improvement of our website
To monitor and improve the content and use of our website, we collect and analyse the
surfing behaviour of the visitors on our website.
Job application
In order to handle your job application or your registration for one of our recruitment
activities, we ask for your personal data. We will save the data that you share with us by email
and (telephone) conversations up to four weeks after the end of the application
procedure. If we want to contact you again in the future for a vacancy, we ask permission to
store your personal data longer. That will then be a maximum of one year.

4. On what grounds do we process personal data?

We may only process your personal data if there is a legal basis for this. The above
processing takes place on the basis of one of the following legal grounds from the GPDR:
• For the execution of an agreement;
• With your permission;

5. With whom do we share personal data?

We do not share your personal data with third parties unless we are required to do so by
law.
When we have asked other organizations to carry out (part of) the processing for us, we
have concluded a processing agreement with them. We ensure that they handle the data
just as carefully as we do. We remain responsible for your personal data.

6. How long do we keep personal data?

We do not store your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which
we collected and recorded it.
If there is a legal obligation to retain, we will adhere to this period.

7. How is the personal data protected?

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss,
unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification of your personal
data.
To monitor and improve the content and use of our website, we collect the surfing
behaviour of our website visitors. We do this with Google Analytics, but in a privacy friendly
way: we have a processor agreement with Google, your IP address is anonymized and we do
not share the data with Google.
If you have questions about the security of your personal data or if you suspect misuse,
please contact us at privacy@eppix.com.

8. What rights do you have?

You can view the personal data that we process from you. You have the right to have your
personal data changed or even deleted if the data is no(t) (longer) correct, or if the
processing is no(t) (longer) justified. You may also limit the processing in certain
circumstances, request us to transfer your data or object to the processing. We will assess
whether we can meet your request based on the law. You also have the right to file a
complaint with the supervisory authority (the Dutch Data Protection Authority).
It is possible that we cannot meet your request. For example, because the processing of
certain personal data is required to meet our legal and legal obligations and / or professional
requirements or because of other exceptions, such as the rights and freedoms of third
parties or the importance of legal proceedings. If we are unable to respond to a particular
request, we will of course provide you with justification.
